Crapped Out After 13 Months - sbw - California
Bought this DVD player from Amazon for in Feb. 2008. It just crapped out, less than 13 months after purchase. Screen went black while playing a DVD, now it won't power on. Don't even know how to get the Netflix DVD outta there!br /br /This SD-5000 replaced my Toshiba SD-4990 DVD player, which crapped out after 8 months.br /br /I bought Toshiba DVD players to ensure up-sampling compatibility with my Toshiba HDTV, but if they fail every few month, I guess I should go with a different brand!
